About The Position

The Full Time Central Warehouse and In Home Delivery Helper position at Colfax Furniture involves primarily working in a warehouse environment with responsibilities that include loading and unloading trucks, sorting and placing furniture, and assisting with in-home deliveries. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs by oneself.
• Not afraid of heights as racks are 25 feet high.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Dependability to work scheduled shifts.
• High school graduate or equivalent education.
• One or more years of experience in a warehouse setting.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in in-home delivery (1 year preferred).
• Ability to read shipping documents or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse.
• Sort and place furniture and accessories on racks, using a cherry picker or other equipment.
• Pick orders and assemble them for delivery to customers or store warehouses.
• Inspect and assemble products for delivery orders before loading the delivery truck.
• Provide basic customer service during in-home deliveries, including assembly and product placement.
