About the position

The Client Support Representative role is focused on providing exceptional customer support while driving sales for clients. This full-time position involves direct engagement with customers to promote and enroll them in available services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and effective communication of client offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Connect directly with customers on behalf of our clients through targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients' offerings to effectively communicate their benefits and value to customers.
  • Connect with customers to determine their needs and offer personalized recommendations to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Assist customers with the enrollment process and handling any related inquiries or issues.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to monitor effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with team members and clients to align on sales strategies and ensure consistent messaging and service quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • At least some prior experience in a customer service, retail, hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate with customers and our clients.
  • Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
