The Full-Time Customer Service Representative at Avery Oil & Propane, Inc. plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, fostering customer retention, and acquiring new customers. Responsibilities

  • Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers.
  • Manage a variety of administrative duties, including accurate data entry, maintaining records, and organizing essential documents.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment.
