About the position

The Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor at Kohl's is responsible for leading and supervising associates to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency at the point of sale. This role involves coaching, training, and developing team members while overseeing daily cash-related processes and maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and create a compelling customer experience at POC and Customer Service.
  • Meet or exceed individual goals and support the service team in meeting storewide goals.
  • Coach, teach and train associates to accurately execute point of sale and customer service standards.
  • Support the training of associates on merchandising standards and product knowledge.
  • Support inventory accuracy by completing required merchandise disposition practices.
  • Oversee daily cash-related processes including register and cash balancing.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience supervising teams or associates with responsibility for coaching to achieve daily goals.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.
