The Director of Occupational Therapy at Masada will play a crucial role in leading the Occupational Therapy Department, which has seen significant growth and is poised for further expansion. This full-time, exempt position is based in Carson, CA, and reports directly to the Chief Program Officer. The Director will be responsible for maintaining existing programs while creatively seeking new areas of treatment to enhance service delivery. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality occupational therapy services are provided to clients, while also nurturing the development of staff and students within the department. The Director will work collaboratively with agency leadership to align departmental goals with the organization's overall strategic vision, which emphasizes the importance of occupational therapy in the continuum of care offered by Masada. In addition to overseeing the operational responsibilities of the Occupational Therapy Department, the Director will supervise administrative, clinical, and support activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires a strong focus on collaboration, as the Director will coordinate multi-disciplinary services with treatment teams and external providers, serving as a liaison with schools, community agencies, and institutions.
