About the position

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the CEO, focusing on managing email correspondence, organizing calendars, and assisting with time tracking. This role is designed for individuals with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, ideal for a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the CEO's time-tracking system on a weekly basis.
  • Manage and prioritize email, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and maintain an executive calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and restaurants.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support as needed, including preparing documents and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
  • Assist in managing special projects and research assignments as directed by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a C-suite Executive Assistant is REQUIRED.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
  • Experience with time reconciliation and expense record-keeping.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
