About the position

The Full Time Guest Service Agent at Hampton Inn & Suites - Birmingham/Pelham is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by demonstrating the brand's values and ensuring a positive atmosphere. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnight, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the brand personality using the FACT model in all interactions with guests and team members.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences by being friendly, authentic, caring, and thoughtful.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform requirements.
• Take ownership of situations and resolve problems proactively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must have open availability and flexibility to work any shift including AM, PM, and overnight shifts.
• Strong guest focus and ability to multi-task effectively.
• Computer literate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in customer service for at least 1 year is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
