As a Full Time Head Cashier at Lowe's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, where you will monitor multiple self-checkout registers, assist customers with their transactions, and provide recommendations for products and services. In addition to customer service, you will also oversee the daily operations of the cash register area. You will be responsible for processing sales transactions, returns, and refunds accurately, while also providing proper monetary change to associates. Your leadership skills will be put to use as you coach and develop the CSA Front End Team, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers. Safety and security are paramount in this role. You will monitor cash levels in drawers, assist with loss prevention efforts, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your attention to detail will help detect signs of theft and other security risks, allowing you to communicate effectively with management and Asset Protection.
