About the position

The Full-Time Housekeeper position involves supporting a young family in Las Vegas by maintaining their 4,000 sq ft home and assisting with childcare. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and occasional childcare duties. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable, with a love for children and pets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily care requirements for the children, including making dinner and prepping lunches/snacks.
• Pick up children from school/activities if needed.
• Assist the parents with childcare as required.
• Clean and tidy throughout the house.
• Manage all laundry, including hand washing, ironing, and dry cleaning.
• Greet guests, couriers, and tradesmen at the door and oversee appointments when necessary.
• Work alongside another housekeeper to ensure the household runs smoothly.
• Prepare light meals for the family and healthy snacks for the children.
• Run errands such as dropping off dry cleaning and buying groceries.
• Order supplies and toiletries, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and cultural setting.
• A clean valid Driver's License and own car for commuting and driving children if needed.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Ideally, Mandarin speaking or culturally aware.
• Must love pets, as the family plans to have a cat or dog in the future.
