Responsibilities

• Work closely with eye doctors and other technicians to provide patient care.
• Perform various tests on patients, including fluorescein angiography, fundus photography, and slit lamp photography.
• Provide support functions to doctors as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a caring attitude towards patients.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to learn and interpret various lab and testing equipment.
• Experience with photography and PCs is helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to other Eye Associates' clinics as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours if necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Willingness to work towards certification as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA), Certified Retinal Angiographer (CRA), and Registered Ophthalmic Ultrasound Biometrist (ROUB).
