About the position

The Leasing Agent position at a growing Property Management Company in San Diego involves managing tenant inquiries, conducting property showings, and utilizing leasing software to facilitate communication and marketing efforts. The role is essential for supporting the company's expansion and requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain clear communication with the leasing team.

Responsibilities

  • Use AppFolio leasing software to communicate with potential tenants and schedule showings within 8 hours of receiving an inquiry.
  • Schedule and attend showings for all portfolio vacancies.
  • Update, refresh, and create marketing write-ups and postings for vacancies across different platforms.
  • Answer phone calls for the Leasing department and respond to general inquiries regarding properties and leasing.
  • Maintain clear communication with the leasing team regarding move-ins.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car for driving throughout the central San Diego area.
  • Excellent verbal, people, and telephone skills with a friendly personality.
  • Professional demeanor with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Ability to work full-time on weekdays.
  • Experience with AppFolio leasing software is highly preferred.
