About the position

As a Full-Time Leasing Agent at Nomadic Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in connecting prospective tenants with their ideal rental homes. This position involves conducting property showings, performing quality assurance inspections, managing key delivery operations, and utilizing strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to attract qualified tenants. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting various issues that may arise during the leasing process, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and the company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings and ensure properties are ready to be displayed.
• Perform quality assurance inspections of properties before move-in.
• Efficiently deliver keys between properties and assist with delivery operations.
• Manage daily schedules and organize property knowledge and commute times.
• Interact with prospective tenants face-to-face and actively listen to their needs.
• Demonstrate strong persuasion skills to highlight home and neighborhood features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various issues that may arise during the leasing process.

Requirements

• A reliable vehicle with a current driver's license and auto insurance is required.
• Must obtain property management certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Basic smartphone skills with the ability to learn company-specific software programs.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in property showing (2 years preferred).
• Associate's degree (preferred).
