About the position

The Leasing Consultant serves as the initial contact between the public and Anza Management, focusing on leasing apartments and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves marketing the property, generating traffic, and fostering positive relationships with residents and employees. The consultant is responsible for maintaining a quality living environment and promoting the company's values.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments
• Ensure model apartments and surrounding areas are lease-ready
• Understand lease terms, policies, and procedures
• Build a strong resident retention program
• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing documentation, move-ins, and reporting
• Maintain a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

Requirements

• Must have 6 months to 1 year of leasing experience in property management
• Must have a valid Nevada Driver's License
• Will be subject to a Background/Physical
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Nice-to-haves
