About the position

The Customer Service Associate/Loader at Lowe's is responsible for delivering quality customer service while ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-stocked. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting them with loading merchandise, and replenishing stock on shelves. Safety is a key aspect of the job, as the associate frequently lifts and moves merchandise throughout their shift.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality customer service to all customers.
  • Engage with customers to answer questions and provide assistance.
  • Retrieve, load, and replenish merchandise as needed.
  • Assist customers and staff in moving merchandise safely.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience using a computer for data entry and information retrieval.
  • Minimum 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
  • Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law.

Nice-to-haves

  • 6 months retail experience.
  • 6 months experience as a Loader at a home improvement or hardware retailer.
  • 6 months experience working in any department at a Lowe's retail store.
  • 6 months retail merchandising experience, including stocking and maintaining signage.
  • 6 months experience in inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading products.
