About The Position
This position is for a full-time nursing role that operates on a day shift schedule. The nurse will be responsible for providing care to adult and geriatric residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while adhering to established Resident Care Policies and Procedures. The role requires knowledge of age-specific developmental factors and the ability to care for residents with various medical needs, including Alzheimer's, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, and wound care. The nurse will conduct daily rounds, evaluate residents' physical and emotional conditions, and implement necessary nursing interventions based on their observations and residents' feedback.
