About the position

The Full-Time Maintenance Technician at The Trails at Rockwell is responsible for assisting the Community and Maintenance Directors in addressing the repair needs of residents and performing preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community. This role offers the unique benefit of living on-site, which helps save time and commuting costs.

Responsibilities

• Responding to resident maintenance requests
• Cleaning and maintaining apartment units and other community amenities
• Conducting property inspections
• Moving furniture when needed
• Working weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• General customer service skills and commitment to resident satisfaction
• Past property maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC or CPO Certification is a plus
