About the position

Transitions Healthcare Washington PA is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team of talented caregivers. This position is available for the second shift, which runs from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and the third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts required. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with their activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing and personal hygiene. You will also monitor stock levels of equipment to ensure that all necessary supplies are available to meet residents' needs. Additionally, you will be expected to recommend changes in techniques and procedures to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations. This role requires a team player who can function independently, demonstrate flexibility, and possess personal integrity while working effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies. You will be working with a diverse population, including the ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally unstable residents of the facility. Responsibilities

Requirements
