About the position

The Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer at Mondelēz International is responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of customers by building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays of iconic snack brands. This role involves representing Mondelēz in stores, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines while enhancing seasonal sales and new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill merchandising needs through communication and relationship building with customers.
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays of Mondelēz products.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Order products via iPad Tablet to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained according to Mondelēz' guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales and displays, and support new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations, with mileage reimbursement.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the primary location in Weatherford, TX.
