About the position

The position is for a full-time nanny to care for two children, ages 6 and 2, in a high-profile family setting in Calabasas, CA. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, as the nanny will work 12-hour shifts three days a week, with the possibility of covering for other nannies as needed. The position offers guaranteed pay for 40 hours per week, despite the scheduled 36 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for two children aged 6 and 2.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and educational play.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
• Communicate effectively with the family regarding the children's needs and activities.
• Be available to cover for other nannies when needed, including weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of nannying experience required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience with toddler care is essential.
