About the position

The Full Time Nanny/House Manager position in Clayville, RI, is designed for a proactive and organized individual who will provide primary care for two young children and assist with household management tasks. This role involves engaging with children, managing household chores, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, while also being comfortable with pets and outdoor activities.

Responsibilities

• Primary care for the two young children and newborn once they arrive
• General housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and helping with laundry
• Assisting the stay-at-home mother with daily household needs
• Coordinating activities and outings for the children
• Meal preparation for the children
• Pet care as needed (feeding, letting dogs out, etc.)
• Driving children to activities and appointments if necessary
• Occasional errands and tasks as assigned by the family
• Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Must be an excellent driver
• Prior experience working with infants and toddlers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
• Comfortable with pets (Great Dane and Chihuahua mix)
• Must enjoy outdoor activities and be physically active
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist a child with a mild speech delay
• Flexibility with work hours and duties
• Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Provide 3-5 professional references
