About the position

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Nanny to provide exceptional care for our 1-year-old baby in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers and infants, demonstrating a strong ability to engage children in educational and fun activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Assist with daily routines, including diaper changes, feeding, and nap times.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including tidying up play areas.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in childcare, including babysitting or nannying for infants and toddlers.
• Familiarity with daycare settings is a plus, particularly in managing groups of children.
• Ability to educate children through engaging activities that stimulate their curiosity and creativity.
• Experience cooking healthy meals suitable for young children is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly are essential qualities for this role.

Nice-to-haves

• A background in working with children with disabilities is an advantage but not required.
