Responsibilities

• Being trained in all aspects of running the music schools.

• Remembering and managing numerous details effectively.
• Selling the school's services to potential clients over the phone.
• Registering clients and processing paperwork.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the school environment.
• Communicating effectively with teachers, staff, and clients.
• Selling minimal retail supplies at the desk.
• Interacting with customers and addressing their needs.
• Conducting payment audits and managing customer payments.
• Ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Resolving customer service issues promptly.
• Disciplining employees when necessary.
• Achieving monthly sales and client retention goals.
• Assisting with marketing efforts to grow enrollment.
• Training new employees and communicating with contractors.
• Participating in continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills.
