About the position

The Operations Assistant Coordinator will support the Operations Manager in daily tasks related to guest services and operational logistics. This role involves direct interaction with guests, managing company software, and ensuring efficient communication and organization within the operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in contacting and checking guests in daily.
  • Work with the company software program to manage operations.
  • Sort mail and process monetary transactions.
  • Send receipts to the accounting department.
  • Organize deliveries and prepare items for delivery to properties.
  • Order office, housekeeping, and maintenance supplies as needed.
  • Ensure items are charged properly for services rendered.
  • Assist with any duties as tasked by the Ops Manager.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call phone duty services a few days a week.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills for guest interaction.
  • Proficiency in using software programs for operations management.
  • Attention to detail in processing transactions and organizing deliveries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospitality or operations management.
