About the position

The Operations Assistant Coordinator will support the Ops Manager in daily operations, focusing on guest check-ins, managing company software, and handling various administrative tasks. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively and assist with various duties as needed, especially during peak seasonal months.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in contacting and checking guests in daily.
  • Work with the company software program.
  • Sort mail and process monetary transactions.
  • Send receipts to the accounting department.
  • Organize deliveries and prepare items for delivery to properties.
  • Order office, housekeeping, and maintenance supplies as needed.
  • Ensure items are charged properly.
  • Assist with any duty when tasked and work alongside the Ops Manager.
  • Share in after hours, on-call phone duty services a few days a week.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Familiarity with office software and company software programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of the Snowmass Village area.
