About The Position
The Operations Manager at Buckle is responsible for ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while overseeing various operational tasks assigned by store management. This role includes managing promotions, inventory, and guest services, as well as leading onboarding activities and maintaining store organization. The Operations Manager may also take on duties of the Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser as needed, contributing to both operational efficiency and visual merchandising strategies.
