About the position
We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our team in Greenacres, Florida. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive optometric care, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and working alongside a dedicated support team. Responsibilities
- Practice full-service optometric patient care
- Medical management of patients using an OCT
- Knowledge of oculomotor and visual learning-related symptoms
- Contact lens knowledge that includes evaluations, troubleshooting, and fitting
- Meet patients' ocular health and visual needs
- Attend staff meetings
- CPT and ICD 10 coding
- Write referrals and complete any necessary forms
Requirements
- Must have a current Florida license
- Must have an OD degree from an accredited Optometry school
- EMR experience
