About the position
The Invo-Progressus Team is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in Toms River, NJ, dedicated to helping children succeed in school and beyond. This role involves providing therapeutic services tailored to meet the unique needs of students, collaborating with educators and families to drive positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate disorders and delays affecting students' daily activities and educational goals.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administrators to develop effective therapy plans.
- Provide school-based therapy services to students.
- Maintain appropriate state licensure and adhere to best practices in therapy.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
- Appropriate state licensure for Occupational Therapy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and address disorders affecting students' performance.
- Personal commitment to driving positive outcomes for students.
Nice-to-haves
- School-based therapy experience preferred.
