About the position

The position involves providing flexible childcare services as a nanny, catering to families with children ranging from infants to teenagers. Nannies will have the opportunity to choose their shifts through an app or have a schedule built for them weekly. The role emphasizes a strong commitment to child care, requiring a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide childcare services to families in their homes.
• Choose preferred shifts or have a schedule created weekly.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children from infants to teenagers.
• Communicate effectively with families regarding children's needs and activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of child care experience with infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children.
• 3-4 relevant professional child care references.
• Stellar communication skills.
• Energetic, happy, and flexible attitude.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid Driver's License and access to a car in most areas.
