About the position

The Personal Assistant will support a high-profile family in Soho, NYC, managing their personal and social calendar, travel arrangements, and various household tasks. The role requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The position offers flexibility with remote work opportunities and requires availability outside of regular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the principal's personal/social calendar, travel, and all appointments.
  • Traveling ahead to destinations to set up the space prior to the family's arrival.
  • Assisting in managing the principals' 9 properties, coordinating with on-site staff.
  • Assisting with budgets and managing micro bills.
  • Managing the principal's wardrobe and coordinating with household staff.
  • Assisting in managing the family's fleet of vehicles and ensuring maintenance.
  • Managing the principal's life during their time in Johannesburg, with more remote work capacity.
  • Handling miscellaneous tasks such as prepping cat food and sourcing items.

Requirements

  • US passport, Green Card or EAC
  • Clean and current driving record
  • Previous longevity in a similar role
  • Verifiable and superlative references
  • Experience working in fully-staffed, UHNW households
  • Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality.

Benefits

  • Salary up to $175k
