About the position
The Drug Store Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join their team. This role is focused on providing excellent customer service while managing pharmacy operations during weekdays, with no late-night shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing prescriptions and maintaining inventory in a family-owned pharmacy that has served Central Ohio for over 50 years.
Responsibilities
- Entering and processing prescriptions in Rx30 software
- Pulling, counting, filling, labeling, and organizing medications for patient orders
- Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and medical offices
- Ordering and restocking inventory
- Maintaining robot inventory
Requirements
- Pharmacy technician experience
- PTCB Certification
- LTC pharmacy experience
- Entry level Pharmacy software knowledge
- Registered Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy
