The Physical Therapist (PT) position at CommuniCare Rehab offers a full-time opportunity to work directly with residents at Petersburg Healthcare Center. Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and screen patient's/resident's medical charts and evaluations under physician order to develop a treatment plan according to patient's needs.
- Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and educate team members on the plan of care, providing necessary supervision for PTAs.
- Attend and lead interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and make recommendations to other rehab team members.
- Conduct staff and family training and education when appropriate.
- Work at multiple centers to serve a wide variety of patient needs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
