About the position

Bernie Gallerani Real Estate is seeking driven self-starters to join our team as Full-Time Real Estate Agents. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a top 1% real estate brokerage in Tennessee, where we prioritize removing barriers to lead generation and marketing. Our business model is designed to empower agents to focus on what they do best—selling real estate. We provide up to 20 new leads per month, set appointments for you through our inside sales team, and offer advanced technology and marketing systems to ensure your success. As a Full-Time Real Estate Agent, you will have the chance to earn between $150,000 and $250,000 annually, with top agents making significantly more. We believe in supporting our agents with no monthly broker fees, no marketing fees, and no office fees. Our comprehensive training and coaching programs are tailored to help you grow your business and achieve your financial goals. You will work closely with a dedicated team leader who will provide guidance and support as you navigate your real estate career. In this role, you will manage incoming leads through various communication channels, consult with clients to understand their property desires, and act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers. Providing world-class customer service and consistently networking to prospect for new customers will be key components of your success. We are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals who are ready to take their real estate career to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM.
  • Consult with clients to discover their property desires and find suitable properties.
  • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers.
  • Provide world-class customer service to buyers.
  • Network and market consistently to prospect for new customers.
  • Follow the proven process and model to work leads thoroughly.
  • Utilize CRM and technology platforms for communication and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish a long-term real estate career.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Tennessee Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
  • Access to Tennessee real estate association membership / MLS.
  • Good technical background or willingness to learn online/mobile tools.
  • Strong networking and phone sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
  • Organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a focus on customer service.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate (1 year preferred).
  • Previous sales experience.
