While the primary responsibility is to operate the camera, the ability to handle editing tasks will be a significant advantage. We are looking for someone who can work both on-site at our office in Germantown, MD, and at various property locations, with some flexibility to work from home as needed. The videographer will be responsible for producing a variety of video types, including property showcases, social media content, event coverage, and training materials. The output will be tailored for platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We provide all necessary equipment and software, including high-end cameras, drones, and editing software, ensuring that our videographer has the tools needed to succeed.
