Full Time - Receiver/Stocker - Overnight

About the position

The Receiver/Stocker position at Lowe's is essential for maintaining store operations and ensuring customers have access to the products they need. This role involves physically demanding tasks such as unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping the store organized and safe. The ideal candidate is active, organized, and safety-minded, with a focus on detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are accurately received, stocked, and replenished.
• Follow proper lifting guidelines to safely stock products on shelves.
• Ensure aisles are clean, organized, and safe.
• Engage customers, vendors, and associates with a positive attitude.
• Remain vigilant and report any safety or security concerns around the store.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to hear, listen, and communicate verbally with others.
• Able to use a smartphone and other common retail technology.
• Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience operating a forklift or similar equipment.
• Experience in a warehouse environment performing inventory handling and stocking.
