The Principal Software Engineer-DevSecOps is a senior-level role focused on leading the development and implementation of secure software engineering practices. This position requires extensive experience in the software engineering lifecycle and a strong background in DevSecOps methodologies. The role is remote and offers a full-time, permanent opportunity for candidates with significant experience in software development and security integration.

Requirements

• A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience; without a degree, 12+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Extensive experience with all phases of the software engineering lifecycle, including certification phases.
• Strong background in DevSecOps practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as GitLab, Git, CMake, MinGW, LynxOS, Coverity, Artifactory, Docker, and Vista.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Robot, and Lava.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with simulation environments such as Vista and CoreSim.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and methodologies.
