About the position
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking skilled Spanish Bilingual Interpreters for remote work opportunities. This position involves interpreting high volume inbound calls, providing essential communication support for various industries including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Financial, Travel & Hospitality, and other government entities. As a remote interpreter, you will be responsible for translating conversations between Spanish and English, which may range from simple to complex or technical discussions. This role is designed for individuals who are fluent in both languages and can work a minimum of 30 hours a week, with shifts required on Mondays and Saturdays. The position offers a long-term contract with a pay rate of $15 per hour and includes three weeks of paid training to ensure you are well-prepared for the responsibilities ahead. You will be expected to handle telephone calls on demand from a quiet home office environment, and video interpreting will also be a part of your duties, requiring comfort with being on camera. Ideal candidates will possess manual dexterity for typing or writing notes and should have a dedicated workspace equipped with the necessary technology, including a personal smartphone and high-speed internet connection. Previous experience in teaching or translation is considered an asset, although it is not mandatory.
