About the position

The Full-Time Retail Sales Representative at Wireless Vision is responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand and meeting customers' wireless needs. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and participating in marketing efforts to attract new business. The representative will work collaboratively with the store team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals visiting the Wireless Vision store.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing customers' accounts.
• Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling and community involvement.
• Assist with all functions within a retail store in compliance with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Work with store management in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory count.
• Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures.
• Share customer experience insights with the team and management.
• Ensure maintenance of store appearance and individual work areas according to retail standards.
• Assist customers with service activations, changes, and bill payments.
• Engage in service selling and right fitting the customer with appropriate technology solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Completed High school diploma/GED.
