About the position

The Chief of Staff/Estate Manager will support a busy entrepreneur by organizing their personal and professional life, managing properties, and overseeing household staff. This role is primarily remote, based out of Miami, with some travel required. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various responsibilities ranging from calendar management to event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Organization
  • Review P&L's, expenses, inventory and purchasing
  • Book all travel arrangements
  • Estate Management - managing household staff, hiring/firing, and keeping the property guests ready
  • Anticipating needs and foreseeing issues
  • Event planning
  • Various errands
  • Project management
  • Familiarity with local restaurants/hotels and knowledge of other major cities worldwide
