The Full-Time Sales Associate at Allen Edmonds is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand's values. This role involves understanding the sales process and product line, building relationships with customers, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities

• Build relationships and provide exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating products and addressing customer needs.
• Assist with store presentation, including stock work, visual display, and daily operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures for the store and maintain merchandise and store location as needed.
• Work towards strategic business goals while focusing on self-development and personal achievement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service/hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment with a customer service focus.
• Proficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with point of sales functions, including cash handling.
