About the position

The Sales Brand Ambassador at Jonathon Wesley is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, driving sales growth, and enhancing the competitive edge of clients through tailored solutions. This role involves proactive prospecting, effective sales presentations, and achieving sales targets while coordinating with a team of experts to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build a consultant relationship with customers by offering proactive ideas and solutions enhancing their competitive edge.
  • Diligently prospect for new customers and make effective sales presentations to grow the territory.
  • Increase territory sales revenue and gross profit by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
  • Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
  • Coordinate and guide a team of experts that specialize in products and/or services to deliver a tailored approach for the customer.
  • Deliver timely critical information and needs to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience or equivalent, such as restaurant industry experience.
  • Successful track record in building sales territories.
  • Ability to confidently close the sale.
  • Professional appearance is required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and computation skills.
  • Computer literate and willing to embrace new technology.
  • Safe driving record, valid driver's license, and dependable transportation with valid insurance.
  • Ability to travel.
