Responsibilities

• Prospect homeowners & businesses needing interior/exterior painting
• Engage in business development, networking, and marketing efforts
• Bid, sell, and close residential and commercial painting projects
• Manage and oversee painting projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, order materials, and budgets
• Conduct daily jobsite visits to ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to building owners or managers
• Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project status and address any concerns
