About The Position

The Sales Team Member at Anytime Fitness is responsible for driving membership and merchandise sales while providing excellent customer service in a friendly and engaging environment. This role involves assisting the Club Manager with daily operations, member relations, and maintaining the gym. The position requires flexibility to work between multiple locations in Duluth and Cloquet, MN, and occasionally at other clubs in the area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as MSOffice suite.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional office skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, and club emails.
• Set appointments for the Club Manager and Training Manager.
• Perform follow-up functions (calls, emails, texts) to members and prospects; no cold calls.
• Clean and maintain the club and equipment.
• Stock merchandise when needed.
• Assist with the club social media to enhance engagement, community, and culture.
• Collect and enter payments from members.
• Count the till and account for money coming into the club.
• Other projects as assigned.
