The Full Time Stocker position at Novo Distribution involves servicing various Lowe's stores within a designated geographical area, ensuring that the company's Stocking Program is fulfilled. The position offers a starting salary of $45,000 per year, along with a car allowance and mileage reimbursement, with benefits commencing on the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety while working in Lowe's stores and for those around you.
• Be courteous and professional to customers.
• Communicate effectively with Lowe's store personnel.
• Confirm product availability with Lowe's receiving department.
• Stock Empire products within 36 hours of delivery unless otherwise arranged.
• Retrieve products from inventory, break bundles, and stock appropriately.
• Ensure all stocked products are neat and tidy.
• Perform culls and ensure proper credit for damaged pieces.
• Keep aisles free of debris during stocking.
• Clean up and dispose of packing materials properly.
• Return carts and cattle racks to their proper location.
• Participate in special events for customers as requested.
• Assist with store set/reset activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid un-restricted driver's license
• Automobile insurance coverage
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic math skills
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work independently.
