About the position

As a Full-Time Store Merchandising Supervisor at Kohl's, you will lead and develop associates to ensure excellent customer service through effective merchandising practices. This role involves executing store merchandising standards, maintaining product presentation, and coaching team members to adhere to company guidelines while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear and compelling product displays.
• Replenish and remerchandise products based on sales and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train merchandising associates on company standards and product knowledge.
• Ensure accurate execution of pricing activities and signage changes.
• Support the Operations team in merchandising incoming products efficiently.
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Model and guide associates in customer service philosophies and practices.
• Monitor store activity to prevent loss and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Use key performance indicators to drive store results and make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.
• Experience supervising teams or associates.
