About the position
Kohl's is seeking a full-time Store Merchandising Supervisor to lead the merchandising efforts in the Carrollton, Texas store. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the store meets merchandising standards, enhances customer experience through effective product presentation, and supports the training and development of merchandising associates. The supervisor will also be responsible for executing pricing activities and maintaining a well-organized sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Execute store merchandising standards and follow visual merchandising direction.
- Make decisions about merchandising direction based on store layout and needs.
- Maintain a well-recovered selling floor with clear and compelling product displays.
- Replenish and remerchandise products based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
- Coach and train merchandising associates on company standards and practices.
- Ensure accurate execution of pricing activities, including price changes and sign updates.
- Support the Operations team in merchandising incoming products.
Requirements
- Experience in leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of merchandising standards and practices.
- Ability to coach and train team members effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in retail merchandising or management.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques.
