About the position
Hazlet Middle School is seeking a full-time teacher of Spanish, with the position anticipated to start on January 2, 2025. This is a 10-month position, and the compensation and benefits will be based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Hazlet Township Education Association. Applicants must hold a New Jersey teaching certification with the endorsement CODE 1550 Teacher of Spanish. Interest in extra-curricular activities is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Teach Spanish to middle school students
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Participate in school meetings and professional development
- Engage in extra-curricular activities as needed
Requirements
