We cross the entire spectrum of business, government, healthcare, education, and entertainment, and we're currently seeking an Audio-Visual Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support AVI Systems' clients directly by assisting with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of their integrated Audio-Visual Technologies. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that our clients' systems operate smoothly and efficiently, enhancing their overall experience with our services. As an Audio-Visual Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our clients, which includes not only technical support but also fostering strong customer relationships. You will need to be self-directed and capable of making sound decisions based on customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently while also being a part of a collaborative team environment. Your expertise in audio, video, and audiovisual systems will be essential in delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients. We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also possesses excellent communication and customer relation skills. The ability and willingness to travel to customer sites is a must, as you will be working directly in various environments to ensure our technology meets the needs of our clients. Responsibilities

  • Support AVI Systems' clients directly by assisting with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of their integrated Audio-Visual Technologies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the service or installation of audio, video, and/or audiovisual, presentation systems and IT/Networks
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • Strong communication and customer relation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites

Nice-to-haves

  • Info Comm CTS Certification preferred, but not required with the right experience
  • Any other industry-related training/certs are also a plus (ex: Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Shure etc.)
