About the position

VocoVision is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services to students in a Virginia school district. This role is fully remote and aims to support students for the remainder of the school year, with the potential for contract renewal. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, organized, and possess the necessary qualifications to effectively deliver speech therapy in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy services to students in a school setting.
• Assess and evaluate students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Licensed Virginia SLP (CCC).
• Virginia Educator's license.
• Minimum 1+ years of speech therapy experience required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a school setting preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with virtual therapy preferred but not required.
