Responsibilities

• Maintain and balance the teller cash drawer according to procedures.
• Comply with security and audit procedures.

• Contribute to team efforts by answering incoming calls and supporting banking center operations.
• Meet individual referral goals as assigned.
• Identify appropriate lines of business for sales opportunities and complex customer service issues.
• Make outbound calls to support sales and service needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the bank's products and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and various banking software programs.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Strong product knowledge for selling and cross-selling.
• Sound mathematical and analytical skills preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
