The Full-Time Teller position at Lake Elmo Bank involves processing customer transactions and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities

• Processing assigned customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Consistently following established procedures to maintain operational integrity.
• Helping to maintain a positive and favorable image of the Bank.
• Providing personal service to internal and external customers by striving to meet their needs in a timely and friendly manner.
• Contributing to a positive and productive work environment by working cooperatively as a member of the Lake Elmo Bank team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Good aptitude for math.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous banking experience is helpful but not required.
• Customer service and/or cash handling experience is beneficial.
