About the position
The Full-Time Teller position at Lake Elmo Bank involves processing customer transactions and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. The role is essential in maintaining the bank's positive image and requires a friendly, professional demeanor. The position includes a rotating Saturday schedule and offers paid training for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Processing assigned customer transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Consistently following established procedures to maintain operational integrity.
- Helping to maintain a positive and favorable image of the Bank.
- Providing personal service to internal and external customers by striving to meet their needs in a timely and friendly manner.
- Contributing to a positive and productive work environment by working cooperatively as a member of the Lake Elmo Bank team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Good aptitude for math.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous banking experience is helpful but not required.
- Customer service and/or cash handling experience is beneficial.
